We all have noticed that there are different landscapes on our planet.Few places are very cold and few places are very hot.Few places have lot of water but many places are very dry .But we find animals at every place, the animals living in different places have special features which help them to survive in these kinds of places.These special features in animals,which help them to survive in their habitats are called adaptations.

Apart from certain features of a habitat ,there are several changes in weather which keep happening throughout the year. Animals living in a specific habitat need to have special skills or body features which can help them to face these changes.
